At Charlies Fruit Market we offer refunds where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased or don’t perform as advertised.
We ask that photos of faulty stock be sent through to email@example.com within 24 hours of receiving the goods. In the event of an order cancellation, a full refund will be issued.
All refunds are processed via Stripe and will be transferred back to the card that was used for the initial purchase.
